It can be easily installed just by twisting the end to expand it over a doorway and twist the other way to shrink it.It is very stable and can be very much suitable for kids. It can expand to fit any size doorway. The stability is good and safe for kids to use, but don't hang it too high, keep it at moderate height as per kids height.It's an useful exercise equipment for training kids and even adults can use it too if you are not too heavy.

I’ve tried another pull-up bar before where the hard grip would hurt my fingers while hanging, but this one is completely different.The bar has a soft, comfortable grip, so hanging onto it doesn’t put unnecessary pressure on the fingers. That makes a big difference, especially for kids who are just starting.The build quality feels excellent, and the overall construction gives a lot of confidence while using it. This pull up bar stole my heart. The quality is good, pricing is good and the gripping on the wall or on the door side is not so bad. I can easily take pull ups on this bar(My weight is around 70kg). We can fit this on a suitable area, little hardwork is needed to fit this properly. Before the elongation, product's length is around 74cm, after elongating as I can, the length is around 108-110cm. The hand gripping is so good, they provided a foam type of gripping. Also they provided 2 leveler on both sides of the gripper, which is also great.Keep in that mind the more you elongate the bar, there is a chance to get complaint. So please put this bar in between 74-95cm gap. Iam really satisfied with this purchase.

For kids doing chin-ups, hanging and light strength training it is a decent and safe enough option. For adults, it is better to look at something more solid.

Bar's construction is high quality. it does not bend when i exercise. and bar ends has rubber surface for better grip.Installation is quite easy. just twist the middle bar backwards for shrinkage. fix between a wall and now twist the middle bar forward to increase length and tighten. that's it.i have installed it in between Home walls and it gripped very tightly. Bar has cushion for comfort, so no need to worry about blisters on palms. addition of water Level indicators on both ends gives good confidence.

Durable and useful product. My weight is 65 kg and this bar handle my weight very well. Strong metal build with strong grip. It fits better on wood than any other material.One thing to keep in mind - don't use it at full elongation, it might bend. Rest assured it's a nice item for fitness freaks.
